Using the website

This website introduces DesignWorks and its services and software. Information may change as services and products develop. Contact us to confirm suitability, availability and the scope of any proposed work.

Enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a contract or guarantee acceptance of a project. Prices, deliverables, timelines, support arrangements, licensing and other service conditions are agreed separately where applicable.

Content and intellectual property

DesignWorks branding, original material and other content remain protected by their relevant rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Do not reuse content in a way that infringes those rights or misrepresents a relationship.

Software and external links

FleetTime product availability, supported features and any licence or trial terms are described through the dedicated FleetTime website and applicable agreements. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their terms and practices may differ.

Client areas and support

Use only accounts and information you are authorised to access. Keep account credentials private. Do not upload unlawful content or disclose someone else's sensitive information unnecessarily. Support priorities, hours and response commitments are defined by the relevant service arrangement.

Your rights

Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights or exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Obtain clarification before relying on website information for a purchasing decision.

Support and project files

Use Client Support or support@design-works.org.uk for service assistance. Closed support tickets and uploads are reviewed for deletion after 24 months; retain your own originals. A support ticket is not an archival storage service. Technical limits and accepted formats apply; use an agreed sharing link for files that exceed the upload limit.
